When most pumps run dry, the friction from the contact points will cause parts, such as the shaft and the bushing, to break down from excess heat. The original anit-heat construction of GV/GVF prevents the pump from a heat deformation because the materials used for the contact point works in lowering the temperature by radiating and insulating heat.

2. Air-lock free construction
When air enters the chamber during operation, it will create an air pocket within a rear casing. However, the unique internal design of our rear casing and the bushing will direct and release the air as well as heat and slurry.

The original air-releasing construction of the rear casing is useful for the prevention of the "air lock" problem. Carbon fiber, adopted for the reinforcement of the rear casing, makes the pump strong against burst pressure. (Common parts used to minimize stock requirements) Available bushing materials are: carbon, ceramic, and SiC.
