Features
The COOLANT SAVER is a new and revolutionary technology designed primarily for the separation of liquid coolant from tramp oils and metallic debris in CNC machines. With its compact design, it will easily fit into areas that only belt and disc skimmers were able to fit. With no consumable parts, the COOLANT SAVER out performs and outlasts belt and disc skimmers. In short, it is a complete oil/scum eliminating system.
PUMP & SKIMMER UNIT
a. Patented floating suction gate
  1.Tafgets tramp oils at the tank's surface
  2.Allows carefree suction of metallic/abrasive fines
  3.Has inflow capacity of 32 to 64 gph (121 to 242 lph)
  4.Has liquid surface fluctuation range of 2.16" (55 mm)
b. Sealless World Chemical pump prevents liquid chemicals from contacting moving parts.
c. Floats are constructed of polypropylene resin.
SEPARATOR UNIT
a. Uses double cyclone method to separate liquid coolant from oil and debris.
b. Double cyclone method works like a centrifuge, whereby the lighter density liquid (oil) gravitates towards center as the heavier density (coolant) is pushed towards wall of the tank.
c. Powered by a 115V, 4 rpm synchronous motor (scraper unit).
d. 1.3 gallon (5 lit.) capacity.
e. Small enough to nestle on top of most CNC machine tanks.
